About SOUL
Society of Universe Lovers (SOUL) is a NGO registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The work under the aegis of SOUL started informally in December 2012 with a school for under-privileged children and a shelter for abandoned cows in Noida. With support, the initiatives grew, which led to the formation of the NGO and it was registered on 19 September 2013.
In the year 2021, we adopted Village Pooth on the banks of River Ganga, District Hapur in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India and since then we have been giving free quality education to the tribal kids here. We also give them a mid-day meal daily and work for the empowerment of the illiterate mothers of these children.
SOUL was founded by socially conscious people. It has grown as a movement over the years and many renowned and philanthropic souls support this movement of educating the poor tribal kids. SOUL’s areas of intervention are ‘Education for All’ under which the SOUL School named SOUL Gurukul is being run and ‘Women Empowerment’ under which Shakti Kendra is being run. Today, SOUL is a well-known and respected NGO in India

SOUL was founded by socially conscious people. It grew as a movement quickly, with many renowned and philanthropic souls contributing to its growth. Most of them are now part of the core functional body and drive the organization directly. SOUL’s areas of intervention are ‘Education for All’ under which the SOUL School named SOUL Gurukul is being run and ‘Women Empowerment’ under which Shakti Kendra is being run.
